Decoding JSON result with Flex 4.5?

Hello there. Could someone please point me to an example of how to parse through JSON data using Flex 4.5?  I’ve been searching the internet for a while but can’t find a good example.

I’ve found old posts about the JSONDecoder but I’m not sure if that code works with 4.5 or how to even compile that class/library. Is there a better way?
